Buying the gift does not authorize a purchaser to consent for another person. Separate releases are required for any other identifiable people and necessary rights holders. BrandCraft must confirm that all required permissions are in hand before use.

GRANT
For the materials, people, details and channels expressly identified above, I grant BrandCraft Coffee nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to reproduce, publish and display the approved materials to promote BrandCraft Coffee. BrandCraft may resize, crop and format them without materially changing their meaning or implying an endorsement I have not given. Where approved above, it may provide the materials to media outlets for editorial coverage within this permission's scope.

This permission does not include unlisted materials, private gift-access links, shipping addresses, contact details, payment information or unpublished intake answers. It does not transfer ownership of my underlying rights. It does not authorize unrelated resale or licensing of my photo or likeness.

DURATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Permission continues until withdrawn unless an end date is entered here:

I may withdraw permission for future use by emailing info@brandcraftcoffee.com and identifying the material. BrandCraft will stop new use and remove it from its controlled digital channels within 30 days where reasonably possible. Previously distributed print materials cannot be recalled, and removal of independent third-party publications cannot be guaranteed.
