When the first box ships, we’ll email you the gift announcement and a link you can share. The QR code on their personalized coffee package reveals who gave them their own coffee company. You know them best: let the box deliver the surprise, or send the welcome link yourself by email or text. We normally contact you about the gift. If a delivery deadline is at risk, we’ll contact you promptly and ask for the best way to coordinate with them when needed.

How is the date estimated?

The range includes creation, coffee production and transit. Saturday delivery counts; Sundays and postal holidays are excluded from our normal planning calendar. Holiday demand may extend timing. If you save the gift and return later, we recalculate it before checkout. A preferred date is a request, not a carrier guarantee.

How we use your answers

No routine design proof or revision round. We create and internally check the full purchased box series before production. A 3D package view may be sent as the reveal after production is committed, not for approval.

BrandCraft will correct our own genuine errors: a wrong photograph, spelling that does not match this confirmed Intake, omitted required information or a production defect.
